This role is for a Senior Web developer with responsibility for JAVA/JSP/Struts/J2EE development within Prime Services Technology, focusing on a large strategic initiative. This role requires extensive Front End DHTML /Ajax skill, using Java and JavaScript. It is highly preferred that the candidate have experience in Securities Industry. 

The candidate must have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work collaboratively within a team environment. Attention to detail, excellent verbal communication skills, and strong analytical and problem solving skills are essential attributes. 

The groupis responsible for all prime brokerage activities across debt, equity and FX globally. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
§ Work with a team in delivering a Web Portal using Java/Struts/Spring on J2EE Web logic Architecture. 
§ Develop Oracle database functions like Store Procedures 
§ Write unit test cases for testing various parts of the application. 
§ Perform unit, integration and system testing. 
§ Identify main areas of design/implementation risk and implement successful mitigating actions 
§ Provide QA testing support 
§ Develop implementation documentation for training/operational use 

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

Reserves conference space and coordinates physical setup of room.

Monitors and maintains inventory of training materials and supplies to meet training program needs. Prepares and/or re-orders additional materials and supplies, as needed.

Assists in identifying outside resources, as needed. May negotiate pricing terms regarding training materials. Works with vendors to handle all logistics-related needs. Handles all billing related to outside services.

The administrator is expected to provide input on server configurations, implementation and tuning, and provide accurate time estimates and maintain communications with technical leads and project managers.

This position requires supporting multiple environments which underlie the internal corporate business applications. Business applications include the corporate financial reporting systems, budget planning and analysis, human resources applications, and corporate billing. This position requires off hour and weekend support.

A qualified candidate will have experience as a Microsoft Windows server administrator within a complex Windows server environment, with an emphasis on Server 2003 or higher. This position will support critical corporate business applications, and requires the ability of meeting critical deadlines. A qualified candidate will also have the ability to multi-task and communicate effectively (verbal and written) with internal customers, internal staff, and vendors.

Additional Qualifications

Desirable candidates will have an MCSE certification or a B.S. in Computer Science, and 4+ years of working experience.

Experience with Active Directory, Windows shell scripting, Documentum administration, and first hand working knowledge with a backup utility such as Commvault Galaxy is desirable.

4.    Application Program Analyst # 27565/ Piscataway/ NJ Full Time

General Responsibilities

 Typically requires 2-4 years related experience with a BS; 0-2 years experience with an MS.

Qualifications You Must Have

Candidate will be working with the Financial and Reporting base for the entire corporation for both development and testing of new software for upgrades and reinstallations.  The components we install, configure, maintain and report on consist of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Assets, General Ledger, Projects, Order Management, IExpense and Microsoft Reporting Services.  This will include handling issues of basic to moderate levels of complexity and exercising judgment and discretion in carrying out duties.

There will also be some interactions with the corporate financial staff to provide design and architecture changes for applications while participating in software development as part of a team approach.  This will require working with technical and/or functional team members to ensure work assignments being developed are in compliance with the IT organizations standard practices and procedures.

Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or Computer Information Systems.  Typically requires 4 to 6 years related experience with a BS.

Contributing and providing technical and analytical assistance in:
-Enhance Financial Systems for corporate support
-Analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within pre-determined time constraints
-Design, code, test and debug software programs according to customer requirement specifications
-Develop and perform software system testing and validation procedures, programming and test plan documentation

Strong analytical ability to perform full range of system design and programming responsibilities utilizing state of the art concepts, techniques and languages.  This position requires critical thinking, logic, and attention to detail.  Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and effectively adapt to rapidly changing technology and business processes.

Assist in gathering and evaluating end user requirements.  Writing and compiling routine code, documenting, validating and researching reported problems.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to analyze and interpret business processes and write requirements and other varied business correspondence and present information effectively both written and verbally.

Major Duties & Functions

Administer the scheduling and attendance of classes

Support includes site setup, scheduling of programs, notification of attendees, maintenance and delivery of program materials, acting as facility liaison and handling inquiries.

Coordinates all logistical support for training programs requiring assistance of a moderately complex to complex nature. Support may include site setup, scheduling of programs, notification of attendees, bill payment, facility liaison/support, and maintenance, production and delivery of extensive program materials. Ensures all pre- and post-program activities are handled in a timely manner.

Utilizes extensive functionality within the Learning Management System (LMS) to include course setup, managing custom e-mails, registrations, monitoring of class sizes, tracking of participant information, accessing large amounts of data, etc. Monitors and tracks employee training activities. Runs reports from the system, typically considered complex in nature, on a regular basis. Makes recommendations to training program owners on how to best leverage the ELC.

Closely reviews training materials to ensure quality of preparation. May update training related content on intranet pages, and handle other project related work, as assigned. Uploads training materials into the LMS and navigates training programs for virtual classroom environments. Troubleshoots issues participants encounter with accessing and participating in the virtual classroom as well as problems with using self-paced e-Learning modules.

Reserves conference space and coordinates physical setup of room.

Monitors and maintains inventory of training materials and supplies to meet training program needs. Prepares and/or re-orders additional materials and supplies, as needed.

Assists in identifying outside resources, as needed. May negotiate pricing terms regarding training materials. Works with vendors to handle all logistics-related needs. Handles all billing related to outside services.
