Managerof Technology Transfer for growing specialty chemicals company near Newark, NJ.  The Manager is responsible for commercialization processof new products from R&D through introduction to the market. Interface with R&D, Sales, Marketing and other department personnel asneeded.  Manager will manage paperwork for the technology transferprocess.  Such paperwork will usually include product recipes, rawmaterial specs, manufacturing procedure, finished product specs, testmethodology and other information as needed.  Manager is owner of theQuality (ISO 9001) System process for the new products.  Manages the NewProducts Product Development meetings.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering required.
- Three to five years of experience in the chemical/pharmaceutical industry is desired.
- The ability to move the new product commercialization process forward

- Minimum of two years' product development experience and knowledge of the ISO 9001-2008 quality standard required.  
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
- PMP Certification a HUGE plus

1. Technical: Seeking a strong server side Hands-On Java Developer with
Spring, Hibernate and Multi-Threading. Experience building algorithms is a

2. This role is 70% hands-on and 30% leadership.

3. Leadership: Seeking strong design skills and the ability to lead 4 to 5
consultants. We will also consider a strong Senior with an aptitude to
lead.

4. Financial Services is a big plus. However, we will look at candidates
from other industries that have experience working on mission critical
applications and complex problems. (Fixed Income Trading Systems experience
is a home run.).

Must have experience:
Microsoft Deployment Toolkit; Microsoft SCCM; Scripting in either VBScript,
Batch, PowerShell, or JavaScript (Scripting skills must include: File and
folder manipulation for data archiving, WMI querying, and Windows
Shell);Joining domain with an automated process using Unattended.xml;
Software activation using: Slmgrfor Windows 7 Enterprise and Ospp for
Microsoft Office 2010
Experience installing base images with Windows OS 7 Enterprise and 10,
Office 2010 and 2013, Printer drivers, IE, Bitlocker encryption, and other
proprietary software installations; Use of Air cards to connect to the
Network
1-2 years of desktop experience, preferably as a Desktop Imaging Engineer
and/or related field;
Exchange 2010 experience
Experience with Active Directory and domain infrastructure
Experience with desktop imaging products (Windows Deployment Services,
etc.)
Experience with remote access/VPN was well as site to site VPN tunnels, and
a good understanding of and experience in Software installation processes
and methodologies.
Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills in a technical
environment
Must have excellent diagnostic troubleshooting skills

Beneficial to have experience with
•Win PE • ImageX • BCDBoot • BCDEdit • Troubleshooting Hardware driver
conflicts inWindows 7 and Windows 10 • Sysprep • VMware
